The centre piece uses clear Perspex which is illuminated from below by the colour changing LED. As the LED changes colour this can be seen in the edges of the plastic. It also gives a nice effect when the surface of the plastic is 'etched \/ engraved' with shapes by the laser as these are illuminated by the LED like the edges. The design has been created so that the shape of the decoration can easily be altered by the student. This makes it ideal for seasonal tasks such as Christmas, Easter, Halloween etc.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe pack contains all the parts required to build ten of the kits (excluding Perspex).
