An inlaid purfling design is featured on the instruments edges, giving the cello a professional and classic appearance whilst protecting the body of the cello from minor bumps and marks. The metal alloy tailpiece is robust and hard wearing, which is ideal for students who are regularly transporting their cello between music lessons and practices. Additionally, the cello's steel strings are mounted on to a sturdy maple bridge for increased tonal definition and maximum stability.
