Consequently, there are no batteries or any need to plug in which means this is the perfect take anywhere, maintenance free, musical instrument. A great introduction to pitchThe set of 8 is a full diatonic scale, starting on C and each pad has the note name and its position on the musical stave printed on it. They are brightly coloured and work particularly well when a group of 8 children are each given one note of a tune.
